Coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the First Level near the elevator. Laundry soap and dryer sheets can be purchased at the front desk.
Pool
Your room keycard will grant you access to the pool area. The pool is seasonal and is typically open from mid-May to mid-September. Pool hours are 9 AM to 11 PM. Parents are required to accompany children to the pool. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

1) Navigate to the list of available wireless signals on your device
2) Choose the BWThunderbird signal
3) Click “connect”
4) Open your internet browser and enter the password when prompted
Important Fire Safety Message
In the unlikely event of a fire, would you know what to do?
- Fresh air will be at the floor.
- Find your room door—be sure it is unlocked and unblocked.
- When you hear an alarm, act, do not investigate.
- If the fire is in your room, get out and close the door. Once out, report the fire.
- If the first is not in your room, leave if you can. Feel your door, if it is cool, open it slowly and go to the nearest exit.
- If you are on the Second or Third Level, use the steps. NEVER use the elevator in the event of a fire.
- If your room door is hot, don’t open it –your room may be the safest place to be. Seal all cracks with wet towels. Shut off fans and air conditioners and signal at your window.
